Our return and exchange process is easy for you. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product or it does not turn out as you expected, we accept returns within 30 days . Exchange requests are only valid for the same product exchanges (for detailed information, please send an email to yvris@yvris.co ).
To initiate a return or exchange request, simply send an email to yvris@yvris.co with your recipient information and product information. Our customer service will quickly get back to you about how the process works and the steps you need to take.
When you request your order to be returned, we request that the product be unused and in its original packaging. In line with your return or exchange request, we will provide you with the necessary information and initiate the shipping process.

We offer Free Shipping for a pleasant shopping experience! We work with Brinks as a contracted and insured cargo. You can focus on the product you want without thinking about any extra costs while shopping.

Fast and practical! The shipping time for your orders works as follows: Your package is delivered to the cargo the next day of the order and the cargo transportation time varies between 3-5 days .
Important : Each ring order is custom made based on your size selection. Production time takes 1-2 weeks. -
When the product is delivered to the cargo, you will receive a notification from Brinks Cargo and a tracking code will be sent as a message . In this way, you can track your cargo at any time.

Using the Iyzico infrastructure, we offer secure and fast payment transactions. The payment methods we accept are:
1. Credit Card : You can pay with popular credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your credit card information is processed and protected securely during the payment process.

3. Virtual Card : You can also complete your shopping securely with your virtual cards. -
The invoice for the products you purchase is sent to you via e-mail, along with the information you used to make your payment. In this way, you can easily track the details of your purchases and use them for your needs when necessary.
Additionally, when you make a payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Iyzico. This email is a confirmation that your payment has been successfully completed.

Once your return request is received and the returned product is delivered to our warehouse, we will initiate the process of transferring the transaction made with the relevant payment method to your account as a refund on the same day.
