At Yvris, it is very important to us that you are satisfied with the product you purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • In order to request a return or exchange, you must apply within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • Before sending your products for return or exchange, an inspection will be carried out in our workshop. After the product is examined by the workshop, it will be decided whether it is suitable for return or exchange.
  • If your product is deemed suitable for return or exchange after the workshop inspection, the refund will be processed or the product you requested will be exchanged.
  • If any user error is detected during the workshop inspection , refund or exchange will not be valid.

Procedure:

  1. Start your return request by contacting us or via the express portal .
  2. Send the product back to us for workshop inspection.
  3. If your return request is approved as a result of the review, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method or your exchange process will begin.
